Setup a Loyalty Point Reminder in Workflow Automation

In this article, you will learn how to set up a Loyalty Point Reminder in Workflow Automation. This will help you re-engage customers, increase conversions, and maximize the value of your loyalty program.


Here are the steps to set up a loyalty point reminder in Workflow automation:

Step 1: Go to Workflow automation >> Templates




Step 2: Click on Loyalty tab and click on Use now button.



Step 3: A workflow with triggers and actions will appear. Add the Filters and actions as per your need.




Step 4: You can edit the email template by clicking on the link of the action.




Step 5: Edit the name of the template as per your requirement, set up the throttling settings, and mark the workflow as active by clicking on the Enable button.





Now, the loyalty point reminder will be sent to customers once they enter the workflow, reminding them to redeem their points


Important Notes

  • Ensure the correct trigger (e.g., available loyalty points) is configured so reminders are sent to the right customers.
  • Customize the email template to clearly highlight available points and encourage redemption.
  • Use throttle settings to control how frequently reminder emails are sent.
  • Avoid sending too many reminders to prevent customer fatigue or unsubscribes.
  • Clearly mention point expiry (if applicable) to create urgency.
  • Monitor workflow performance regularly to optimize engagement and conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing guidelines (unsubscribe option, consent, etc.).
  • Activate the workflow after setup, otherwise, reminders will not be sent to customers.
