Send Web Push Notifications Using Workflow

Send Push messages from the AiTrillion Workflow Automation Tool

Note: To learn how to create workflow automation manually or to use a pre-created template check out this basic's article: The Basics of Multichannel Workflow Automation with AiTrillion. 

Step 1. When creating workflow automation in AiTrillion, once you have chosen your trigger, simply drag and drop the 'Send Push' action from the actions palette into the flow creation area. This can be in addition to an existing action or to replace the existing action itself. 


Step 2. Connect the dots.


Step 3. Click on the push action box to choose your message. Learn how to create a push message/template here. 


Step 4. Make your settings and save. 


Step 5. To monitor the performance of your web push based automation, head over to AiTrillion > Email Marketing > Workflow Automation > Dashboard to see small snippets of the performance of the push. 


Step 6. If you need detailed performance data of your web push based automation, head over to AiTrillion > eMail Marketing > Workflow Automation > Dashboard and click on the pie icon next to push. 


Note:

  • If you want to use push messages for Abandoned carts, don't use the workflow system. Instead, use our Abandoned Cart push series to send customized push notifications based on the product.
