When a shopper leaves items in their cart without completing the purchase, you can automatically send them a personalized reminder using AiTrillion’s workflow automation. This article explains how to send abandoned cart products in a workflow using a custom email template — helping you recover lost sales and boost conversions effortlessly.
1. Product Browse Abandoned: This workflow targets customers who viewed products but did not take further action.

Click on the Use now button to use the template. For example, I am using the abandoned cart and checkout template.
Step 3: Add or edit the triggers, filters, and actions as per your needs. To edit the email template, click on the blue link.
Step 4: Once everything is done, give or edit the name of the workflow, set the throttling option, and mark the workflow as active by clicking on the enable button.
Now, the workflow will send messages to customers with the product image and link for the items they have abandoned.
Step 2: Click on the New editor.
Step 3: Design the template as per your needs or edit the template. Now, drag and drop the text block where you want to show the abandoned product.
Step 4: Click on Personalization >> Search for Abandoned cart >> Click on the Abandoned cart option.
Step 5: Now, design the template according to your requirements and ensure that the tag is available at the right place and click on Save & exit.
Step 7: Drag and drop the trigger cart is abandoned, and the action Send email to the workflow editor.
Step 8: Click on the send email action in the workflow editor. The left side menu will appear, select the email template that has been previously created, add the required details, and click on Done.
Step 9: Give a name to the workflow, set up the throttle settings, and mark the workflow as active by clicking on the enable button.
Now, the abandoned cart email will be sent to the customer's email.
