Integrate the WhatsApp provider Wati with AiTrillion to send WhatsApp messages to customers
Introduction
WhatsApp is one of the most powerful communication channels for engaging with customers in real time. By integrating Wati—a trusted WhatsApp Business API provider—with AiTrillion, you can automate and personalize your customer messaging directly through WhatsApp. This integration allows you to send order updates, promotional messages, and other important notifications seamlessly. In this article, you'll learn how to connect your Wati account with AiTrillion and start leveraging WhatsApp to enhance customer engagement.
Here are the steps to integrate the Whatsapp provider Wati to send WhatsApp messages to customers:
Step 1: Go to Workflow automation >> Whatsapp >> Providers >> Select the Whatsapp provider Wati.
Step 2: Go to Wati, Signup by visiting - https://app.wati.io/register or Login by visiting - https://app.wati.io/login and fill the required details. To check the pricing of Wati - Click here.
Client ID
Step 1: After Login, there are two options to check the Client ID which are following:
1.) URL - Check the URL, it should look like this:https://live.wati.io/.The unique Client ID will appear after URL, For example, if your URL is https://live.wati.io/123456 then your Client ID is 123456.
2.) By clicking on Profile icon:
You will find the Client ID below the Name and Email.
Now, copy the Client ID and paste it to AiTrillion
API key
Step 1: To Find API Key, go to Wati Account >> More >> API Docs
Step 2: Copy the API Endpoint.
Step 3: Paste the API key, Click on Add provider and enable the Status.
Now, Wati is connected with AiTrillion and now, you can create the template and send the Whatsapp messsage to the customers.
