How to edit email templates?

Introduction:

Editing email messages in AiTrillion allows you to update content, design, and personalization to ensure your emails stay relevant and effective. Whether you need to fix text, adjust layouts, update links, or improve visuals, the email editor makes it easy to modify existing email messages without starting from scratch. This article guides you through the steps to edit email messages quickly and efficiently.


Here are the steps to edit the text in the email messages:-

Step 1: Go to Email marketing >> Templates.




Step 2: Here, you will see a list of email templates you have already created. Click the Edit button next to the email message you want to modify.

Step 3: Make the changes according to your requirement and click on the Save & Exit button to save the template.





Now, you can send the edited email template to a campaign.


Important Notes:

  1. Editing an email template will update the content for all future uses of that template.
  2. Changes made to a template will not affect emails that have already been sent.
  3. Ensure you click Save after making changes, or your updates may be lost.
  4. If you want to make major changes, consider duplicating the template before editing.
  5. Edited templates can be reused across multiple campaigns and workflows.
  6. Preview the email in both desktop and mobile views before finalizing changes.
