Create or edit custom templates for referred friend rewards
Introduction
Personalize how your referral rewards are presented with custom templates. In AiTrillion, you can create or edit templates to design the emails or messages sent to referred friends with a discount code. This allows you to maintain consistent branding, customize messaging, and make every referral feel special—enhancing engagement and boosting conversions from your referral program.
Note: This email template will only work with Workflow.
Here are the steps to create or edit the custom templates for referred friend rewards:
Step 2: Design the block as per your needs. Drag and drop the text block where you would like to add the discount code.
Step 3: Click on Personalization >> Search for refer reward discount >> Click the refer reward discount, Or you can also use the shortcode - {{referral_code}} .
Note: This tag or content will work with the Refer a friend activity with the discount code instead of points. Also, the email will only work with Workflow.
Step 4: Click and save the workflow. Now, you can use the email template in Workflow. To use the email template in Workflow - Click here.
Now, the custom email will be sent to the referring customers
Important Notes:

Make sure the workflow is saved and published after attaching the email template, otherwise, the email will not be sent.
Any edits made to the email template will apply only to future emails, not emails that have already been sent.
Keep the email content concise and clearly highlight the discount value and redemption steps to improve conversion.
