Filter Product Reviews on Product Pages

In this article, you’ll learn how to enable and use review filtering on your product pages to make reviews more accessible, organized, and helpful for your customers.

Note: To enable filtering of product reviews on product pages, the Product Review Form must be set up. Click here to learn how to set up the Product Review Form on your store.

Here are the steps to filter product reviews on Product pages:

1. On the product details page, you / your customers will be able to see a rating graph, similar to the image below:

2. Click on any one of the ratings to filter all reviews by that rating.

3. You can also use one of the sub-filters, for a more desired outcome.
