Introduction
Workflow Automation helps you add a personal touch to all your communications by eliminating manual processes.
Here are some simple steps to automatically send a follow-up after a customer has purchased a product:
Step 1: Go to Email Marketing > WorkFlow Automation> Templates
Step 2: Click on the Use Now button beneath the Order thank you box.
Step 3: A popup will appear asking for confirmation. Confirm and proceed.
Step 4: Once done, the workflow flowchart shall be presented to you for your perusal. Make your settings, choose the throttling options, click save and turn on your workflow.
Note📜: You can edit the default message by clicking on the message name.
