In this article, we'll walk you through the steps to set up a Thank You popup that encourages customers to share their experience on Facebook. This feature allows you to leverage social media engagement and expand your brand's reach effortlessly.
Display a pop-up on the thank you page asking your customers to share their order confirmation on Facebook and earn loyalty points.
Step 1: Go to Loyalty Rewards > Set up program > Earn Points.
Step 2: Click on the Create Rule button under the Facebook Share On Thank You section.
Step 3: Specify the points you want to give to your customers.
Step 4: Copy the additional script code and save it.
Step 5: Go to Shopify admin > Settings -> Checkout
Step 6: Scroll the page, paste the code in the Order processing > Additional scripts section and save changes.
