In this article, we'll explore how to leverage AiTrillion to reward customers with loyalty points when they choose to follow your brand on various social media platforms. This strategy not only encourages social media engagement but also enhances customer loyalty and brand advocacy.

Follow these steps to give Loyalty Points when Customers follow you On Social Media -:

Step 1: Go to Loyalty Rewards > Set up program > Earn Points.

Step 2: Create activity rules for ‘follow on social profiles’. You can give points if they follow your social profiles.

Note📝: When customers click on the follow button on the loyalty popup we redirect them on website's social media page, we assign the point to the customer as considering they have followed, because these social media third party app do not return consent of the user
