Step 1: Go to Online Store &gt; Themes from the left sidebar.

Step 2: Click on Customize of the live theme.

Step 3: Click on the header menu and select the "Product" section. Then, scroll down the left menu and click on "Add block" &gt;&gt; "Apps" &gt;&gt; "Review form". Finally, click on "Save" to apply the changes.
