Send Follow-Up Emails After Signing Up for the Newsletter

Note: Ensure that the AiTrillion newsletter signup popup is visible to customers on your store in order to use this workflow.



Here are the steps to setup Newsletter follow-up email in Workflow automation:

Step 2: Search for Newsletter and click on the Use now button on the Newsletter pop-up template.




Step 3: A pop-up window will appear. Click on the Yes, use it! button.


Optional step: Customize the workflow as needed. You can add filters, actions, and an email template according to your requirements.



Step 4: Once everything is done, you can give a name to the workflow, set up the throttle settings, and mark it as active by clicking on the enable button.




Now, an email will be sent to customers whenever they sign up for the newsletter.

  • Ensure the newsletter signup pop-up is active and visible on your store so customers can subscribe.
  • Select the correct trigger (e.g., Contact Added via newsletter signup) to send emails at the right time.
  • You can use a pre-built newsletter follow-up template or customize it based on your needs.
  • Always review and personalize the email content and subject line before activating the workflow.
  • Verify that all shortcodes and personalization fields are working correctly.
  • Make sure all workflow nodes are properly connected in the editor.
  • Configure contact throttling to avoid sending duplicate or excessive emails..
  • Ensure required fields such as From Name and From Email are properly set.
  • Save and enable the workflow, otherwise follow-up emails will not be sent.
