Send Follow-Up Emails After Signing Up for the Newsletter

Introduction

Sending follow-up emails after a customer signs up for your newsletter helps you build a strong connection from the very beginning. These emails can be used to welcome subscribers, share important information, and guide them toward engaging with your brand.

In this article, you’ll learn how to automate follow-up emails using workflows, ensuring that every new subscriber receives timely and personalized communication. This not only improves engagement but also helps nurture leads and increase long-term customer retention.

Idea

Note: Ensure that the AiTrillion newsletter signup popup is visible to customers on your store in order to use this workflow.

Here are the steps to setup Newsletter follow-up email in Workflow automation:

Step 2: Search for Newsletter and click on the Use now button on the Newsletter pop-up template.

Step 3: A pop-up window will appear. Click on the Yes, use it! button.

Optional step: Customize the workflow as needed. You can add filters, actions, and an email template according to your requirements.

Step 4: Once everything is done, you can give a name to the workflow, set up the throttle settings, and mark it as active by clicking on the enable button.

Now, an email will be sent to customers whenever they sign up for the newsletter.
