To use this trigger, create a manual workflow, then drag the trigger into the workflow area, and click on it to configure it.



This trigger has 4 parts:

  1. Birthday or Anniversary: Use this option to automatically send an email greeting to your customer on their birthdays or anniversaries. To learn more, click here.
  2. Created Date: Use this option to automatically email customers who registered for an account on a certain date or within a certain range.
  3. First Order Date: Use this option to automatically email customers whose first order was on a certain date or within a certain range.
  4. Last order Date: Use this option to automatically email customers whose last order was on a certain date or within a certain range.
