Request for WhatsApp Business API for Workflows and Campaigns

Introduction

WhatsApp has become one of the most effective channels for engaging with customers in real time. By enabling the WhatsApp Business API, you can automate messages, send campaign broadcasts, and build personalized communication workflows to improve customer engagement and retention.

With WhatsApp integrated into your marketing tools, you can send order updates, promotional campaigns, abandoned cart reminders, and other automated messages directly to customers who have opted in.

This article explains how to request access to the WhatsApp Business API so you can start using WhatsApp for automated workflows and marketing campaigns within your platform.

Why is connecting to the WhatsApp business API important?

The WhatsApp Business API connection allows you to link your business WhatsApp account with AiTrillion so you can send automated messages, create marketing campaigns, and manage customer conversations directly from the platform.
