Check the list of all active or inactive customers
Here are the steps to check if the customers are active or inactive:
Step 2: Click on Add filter, search for Customer status, and click on the radio button next to Customer status.
Step 3: Click on is active to check the active customers or is inactive to check the inactive customers, and click on Apply filter.
Now, you will get the list of the customers with Active/inactive customers
Check the single customer whose status is active or inactive
