Check how many customer are active or inactive in your account

Understanding whether your customers are active or inactive is key to personalizing marketing, improving engagement, and driving repeat sales. AiTrillion makes it easy to identify customer activity based on their interactions, such as purchases, logins, and more. In this article, you will learn to check if customers are active or inactive.

Check the list of all active or inactive customers

Here are the steps to check if the customers are active or inactive:




Step 2: Click on the Create segment button >> Add filter, search for Customer status, and click on the radio button next to Customer status.




Step 3: Click on is active to check the active customers or is inactive to check the inactive customers, and click on Done.




Step 4: Click on the Apply filter button.




Now, you will get the list of the customers with Active/inactive customers



Check the single customer whose status is active or inactive

Here are the steps to check the single customer whose status is active or inactive:




Step 2: Click on the name of the customer or View details button to check the timeline of the customers.




You will be able to check the status of that customer as Active/Inactive



Important Notes:

  1. If you mark customers as inactive, it will be automatically marked as active if there is any intraction like email opens, clicks, purchases, logins, and other interactions.
  2. Always review the filtered list before launching any email or marketing campaign.
  3. Periodically review customer status to maintain a clean and engaged contact list.
