Assign Customers in a List

Introduction:

Customer lists help you segment your audience and run more personalized marketing campaigns. By assigning customers to specific lists, you can group them based on their behavior, purchase history, engagement level, or business goals.

The Assign Customers in a List feature in AiTrillion allows you to easily add customers to one or multiple lists for better targeting and communication. This ensures that your campaigns reach the right audience at the right time, improving engagement, conversions, and overall marketing performance.

There are 4 ways to assign customers to a list. Here are the ways to assign the customers to the list:

  1. Manually assign through the Customer detail view

Important Notes:

  1. A customer can be added to multiple lists.
  2. Adding a customer to the same list multiple times will not create duplicate records.
  3. While using the CSV import method, ensure the file format and email addresses are correct to avoid import errors.
  4. When assigning customers through workflow automation, verify that the trigger and action conditions are properly configured.
  5. Customers subscribing through a pop-up will automatically be added to the selected list configured in the pop-up settings.
  6. Removing a customer from a list will stop them from receiving campaigns associated with that specific list.
  7. Always review the selected list before sending campaigns to ensure the correct audience is targeted.
