Now, the tag will be added to the customer or order whenever customers enter the segment.

Understand the difference between Update tags (Customers) and Update tags (Orders) before selecting the action.

You can choose to either add or remove tags, depending on your workflow requirement.

Configure contact throttling to control how often the workflow is triggered for the same customer.
