Send Emails Based on Purchased Products | Smart Targeting with AiTrillion

Can I use AiTrillion to send an email to people whose order contains a certain type of product?

Introduction

Let's say your customer has placed an order containing 5 items. You want to send an email to them with some details about items 2 and 3.

Follow the below steps to send an email to people whose order contains a certain type of product:

Step 1: Head over to Workflow automation and then choose to create an automation by clicking on the + sign.


Step 2: Drag the Order Placed Trigger



Step 3: In the filters section choose the Ordered Product Filter by dragging it into the flow setup area.



Step 4: Connect the flow dots and then click on the ordered product filter in the flow setup area to configure it.


Step 5: In this example I chose if the placed order has items with a certain tag:

Step 6: Choose the communication action of your choice and connect the dots.



Step 7: All you have to do now is to choose your throttling options, give your workflow a name, save it and turn it on.
