Introduction
Managing customer communication effectively is crucial for any business. Filtering customers based on their email subscription status (Subscribed/Unsubscribed) allows businesses to segment their audience, target marketing campaigns more efficiently, and ensure compliance with email preferences.
There are 2 ways to filter customers based on email marketing subscriptions -:
1.) Shopify subscribe/unsubscribe status
Step 1: Go to Customers >> All Customers
Step 2: Click on Add Filter, search for Accept Marketing, and select it.
Step 3: Click on is available/ is not available and click on Apply filter
Now, you will get the list of customers who are marked as Subscribed/Unsubscribed in Shopify
2.) AiTrillion subscribe/unsubscribe status
Step 1: Go to Customers >> All Customers
Step 2: Click on Add filter >> click on Marketing email subscription
Step 3: Click on Subscribe/Unsubscribed and click on Apply filter
Now, you will get the list of customers who are marked as Subscribed/Unsubscribed in AiTrillion
