Here are the steps to take:

Step 1. Go to Customer Insights.

Step 2. Click Add Filter and then choose a customer filtering condition. Once done, click on Run Filter.

Note📝 You can choose more than one filter at a time. After filtering, the button Save Segment will appear.

You can save this filter segment as a predefined segment for later use if required.
