Now, you will get the list of the customers whose AiTrillion SMS marketing is subscribed/Not subscribed
The SMS marketing subscription filter is based on the customer’s consent status synced with Shopify.
“Subscribed” will display customers who have opted in to receive SMS marketing messages.
“Unsubscribed” will display customers who have opted out or have not provided SMS marketing consent.
Always click Apply Filter after selecting the subscription condition to generate the correct list.
Make sure customers have a valid phone number saved in their profile to appear in SMS-related filters.
Subscription status updates automatically if customers opt in or opt out through forms, checkout, or SMS campaigns.
