How to get the image URL for the Membership product image?
Introduction
When creating your product with AiTrillion Memberships, you'll be asked for the image URL to be applied for the main image of the product (you can later edit the images within the Shopify product dashboard once the product is created).
Here are the steps to get the image URL for the Membership product:
Step 1: Go to your Shopify admin dashboard and click on Content on the left-hand side of your screen.
Step 2: Go to Files and upload the image there from your local computer. Once the image is uploaded, click on the copy link icon to copy the link for the image.
Step 3: Then, log in to your AiTrillion account and click Membership >> Membership plans.
Step 4: Click on the Create new plan button.
Step 5: After that, click on the Create a new product button.
Step 6: Paste this link into the Image URL field of the app:
Important Notes:
- Ensure the image is uploaded in Shopify Admin → Content → Files before copying the URL.
- Always use the direct file URL copied from Shopify Files, not the product page image URL.
- The image URL must be publicly accessible; otherwise, it will not display correctly in the membership plan.
- Use a high-quality image with the correct dimensions to maintain a professional appearance on the storefront.
- Supported image formats typically include JPG, PNG, and WEBP.
- Avoid using very large image files, as they may impact loading speed.
- After pasting the image URL in the Membership module, ensure you save the plan for changes to apply.
