How customers can cancel their Membership in Membership Module?

In this comprehensive article, we'll walk you through the straightforward process of cancelling membership plans. From accessing account settings to navigating cancellation procedures, we'll provide insights and practical tips to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for your members.
Here are the steps to cancel a membership plan:
Step 1: Go to the My Account page and click on the Membership button
Step 2. Choose the membership which you want to cancel and click on View details
Step 3. You will see the option to cancel membership
Note: The cancellation process will be handled automatically. The next charge will not occur.
