How customers can cancel their Membership in Membership Module?

Introduction

Here are the steps to cancel a membership plan:

Step 1: Go to the My Account page and click on the Membership button



Step 2. Choose the membership which you want to cancel and click on View details



Step 3. You will see the option to cancel membership

NotesNote: The cancellation process will be handled automatically. The next charge will not occur.
