Filter Customers by SMS Subscription Status | Segment SMS Opt-ins with AiTrillion

Filter SMS marketing subscription is Available/Not available in AiTrillion

Introduction

In this article, we’ll walk you through the process to filter the customers whose SMS marketing subscription is available in AiTrillion

Here are the steps to filter the AiTrillion SMS subscription to Shopify -:

Step 1: Go to Customers >> All Customers

Step 2: Click on Add filter >> Go to SMS - Marketing SMS subscription

Step 3: Marketing SMS subscription >> is subscribed. Similarly, If you need the list of SMS marketing is not subscribed than you need to filter Accept SMS marketing is not subscribed

Step 4: Click on Apply filter

Now, you will get the list of the customers whose AiTrillion SMS marketing is subscribed/Not subscribed
