Combine Membership Discount Codes with Loyalty Discount Codes

Introduction

Allow customers to use membership discount codes together with loyalty discount codes for a more flexible shopping experience. This feature helps increase customer satisfaction, improve conversions, and maximize the value of your membership and loyalty programs. In this article, you will learn how to enable and manage the combination of membership and loyalty discount codes in AiTrillion.

Note: Ensure that the Loyalty Rewards and Membership modules are enabled and properly configured.

Here are the steps to combine a membership discount code with a Loyalty discount code:

Step 1: Go to Loyalty rewards >> Settings >> General settings

Step 2: Now, search for Apply discount on purchase type settings and select the Subscription product to combine with Membership 

Step 3: Click on Save settings.

Now, the Loyalty rewards discount code will be automatically combine with Membership discount code.

Important Notes

• Ensure that both the Loyalty Rewards and Membership modules are enabled and properly configured before combining discount codes.
• This setting allows customers to use Membership discount codes together with Loyalty reward discount codes during checkout.
• The Apply discount on purchase type setting controls when loyalty discounts can be combined with membership discounts.
• Select Subscription if you want loyalty discount codes to work with membership or subscription purchases.
• After selecting the required purchase type, make sure to click Save settings to apply the changes.
• Ensure that the membership discount and loyalty discount are both active and valid in Shopify.
• Some Shopify discount limitations or conflicting discount rules may prevent discount combinations from working properly.
• It is recommended to test the checkout process with a sample customer account to confirm the discount combination works as expected.
• Changes may take a few moments to reflect after updating the settings.
• The final discount application depends on Shopify’s discount combination rules and checkout eligibility conditions.
