Here are the steps to assign a WhatsApp number to a specific user:
Step 2: Click on the Configure button.
Step 3: Select the Specific user, click on the name to whom you want to assign the access, and click on the Save Access button.
Now, incoming conversations will be automatically assigned to the specified user or team. Each user will only be able to view and manage the WhatsApp numbers assigned to them, regardless of how many WhatsApp accounts are connected to AiTrillion.
