Introduction
In today's fast-paced e-commerce world, timely communication is key to maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. One of the most crucial touchpoints in the customer journey is order fulfillment. Ensuring that your customers are promptly informed when their orders are processed and shipped can significantly enhance their shopping experience.
Here are the steps to send an automatic email on order fulfillment:
Step 1: Go to Workflow Automation > Workflows
Step 2: Now click on Create
Step 3: Drag the Order fulfillment trigger to the My Workflow area
Step 4: Click on the filter and actions tabs to drag and drop actions in the workflow area. Clicking on the filter or actions in the 'my workflow' area will help you configure it.
Step 6: Once you are done give your workflow a name, choose your throttling options, save it, and turn it on.
