Introduction

Form builder gives you different varieties of form in one application, that helps you to categorize and capture your website visitors data very easily. A registration form is a form that gives you access to allow or deny submission immediately after filling out the registration form.

Step 1: Go to Form builder >> Dashboard >> Click on Add new form

Step 2: Click on the Registration form and give a name to the form

Step 3: Add the field as per your requirement

Step 4: Now navigate to Settings and make the changes as per your need

​Step 5: Click on Publish, copy the code and paste it as per your need
