The Billing & Shipping Information Block, when sent out in an automation, works best and shall be different for each customer

Step 1: Go to templates

Step 2: Choose the create template option

Step 3: Opt for the New editor

Step 4: You will see a screen similar to the one below. Click on Blocks

Step 5: Find the block for Billing & Shipping

Step 6: Click + hold and drag+drop it to the design area.

Step 7: As soon as you drop the block in the design area the billing and shipping details will be loaded.

Step 8: You can modify settings for the block by clicking directly on the block itself.

Step 9: Remember to check a preview, send a test, and save when done. This template you can use in your workflow on the order place trigger.
