To use shortcodes and make your AiTrillion email marketing easier than ever, follow the steps below:





Step 2: Either click on the Create from scratch button, choose a pre-made template, or choose a saved template.




Step 3: Now, Click on Blocks. Then drag and drop a text block in the design editor.




Step 4: Customize the text block according to your requirements, then click on Personalization to find the available shortcodes.


NotesNote: If Used in Email / Workflow / Both is mentioned for a shortcode, it indicates whether the code is specific to Workflow or Email marketing templates; otherwise, it is used in both templates.

  1. Shortcodes dynamically fetch data from AiTrillion and Shopify at the time the email is sent.
  2. If a particular data field is not available for a customer, the shortcode may appear blank in the email.
  3. Shortcodes should be used inside text blocks in the email design editor.
  4. Click Personalization in the text editor to view and insert available shortcodes.
  5. Preview the email and send a test email to verify that all shortcodes render correctly.
  6. Dynamic shortcodes display unique values for each recipient.
  7. Avoid modifying the shortcode text manually, as this may cause it to break.
