In this article, we'll delve into the process of manually adjusting customer loyalty points within your AiTrillion platform.

Here are the steps to manually adjust the customer’s Loyalty Points -:

Step 1: Under Loyalty Rewards go to Members >> All Members/Loyalty members

Step 2: Find the customer for whom you want to add/remove points and click on their email id.

Step 3: A popup will appear asking for the points and reasons. Enter the number of points you want to Add/Remove and input the reason behind this.

Step 4: Any points added or removed will be visible in the history area.
