Introduction:
Inactive customers are those who will not be counted in the AiTrillion billing and will not be a part of your AiTrillion system, including email, SMS, or Web Push. However, a purchase by an inactive customer will reactivate him in AiTrillion.
Note📝: Inactive customers are not charged by AiTrillion, however, if they make a purchase they become active customers again.

Step 1. Go to the Customers panel.
Step 2. Choose the customer you want to activate/deactivate and then click on Action choose the appropriate action from the Actions menu

Step 1. Go to the Customers panel.
Step 2. Choose the customers you want to activate/deactivate and then choose the appropriate action from the Actions menu
Step 3. You will then see a prompt to confirm. Simply say yes.
Domain Suppression Settings
You can easily mark customers inactive based on their domain in the email, such as (@domain.com).
e.g. if you don’t want to send emails to all customers from (amazon.com) or (ebay.com). You can suppress (amazon.com) or (ebay.com) domains.
Step 1 . Login to AiTrillion.
Step 2. Go to Email Marketing > General Settings
Step 3. Enter the domain you wish to suppress, and click on Save.
Remember to enable the “Send mail to accept marketing” setting to send emails to only those customers who accept marketing. Keep it disabled to send emails to all customers, excluding inactive customers.
Import CSV Method
If you have a list of customers you want to deactivate in AiTrillion, follow the steps below.
Step 1. In your customer CSV file, add a new column named “Customer Status” along with email and other details. In this column, type "inactive" for every customer that you want to mark as inactive.
Step 2. Go to Customers > Import
Step 3. Click on the Upload CSV button in the top-right corner of the screen.
To import a CSV, you have to follow a few steps below:
A. Import contacts and enter the required details. After following the instructions, click on the NEXT button to proceed.
B. After proceeding to step 2, map the columns available in the CSV file and click on the Next button to proceed.
Note: File columns can be customized for mapping using Custom Fields.

While importing CSV, map the “Customer Status” column with the “Customer Status” field.
Once the process is complete, you can check the inactive or active customer lists on the customer list page by applying the customer status filter.
