Mark Customers as Activate or deactivate
Updated over a week ago

Introduction:

Inactive customers are those who will not be counted in the AiTrillion billing and will not be a part of your AiTrillion system, including email, SMS, or Web Push. However, a purchase by an inactive customer will reactivate him in AiTrillion.

Note📝: Inactive customers are not charged by AiTrillion, however, if they make a purchase they become active customers again.

Step 1 . Login to AiTrillion.

Step 3. Enter the domain you wish to suppress, and click on Save.

Remember to enable the “Send mail to accept marketing” setting to send emails to only those customers who accept marketing. Keep it disabled to send emails to all customers, excluding inactive customers.
