Here are the steps to create lists to group customers:

Step 1. Go to Customer > List

Step 2. Click on Create New List at the top-right corner of the screen to create a new list.

Step 3. Add your details and save.

All the created lists can be viewed or edited from Customers > List

The created lists can be used for differentiating the users/customers who have subscribed or been added from various sources. Lists can be used at the time of popup creation, importing customer CSV’s, workflow automation, and many more. They can also be used to market to customers who are not account holders on your Shopify store yet.
