Note📝-:

1.) Point expiry will work on future order after it is enabled

2.) If you reduce the date for point expiry, the scheduled email will still trigger at the previously scheduled time.

Here are the steps to setup Loyalty point expiry -:

Step 2: Click on Click to setup

Step 3: Click on Use your own custom domain and fill in the required details

Note📝: To use custom domain you need to complete the DKIM process. To know more - Click here

Step 4: Enable the button and set the days to send reminder emails before expiry.
