Introduction

When managing customer data, having a streamlined process to collect and utilize additional information is key for personalized marketing and enhanced customer experiences. AiTrillion’s integration with FormBuilder and Membership membership modules on Shopify allows sellers to map additional form fields and Shopify note attributes directly into AiTrillion

Why do we need to map?

In the Form Builder and Membership Registration forms or any other app, the additional field data is saved into the Shopify note attribute. We've introduced an option in AiTrillion's custom fields to map Shopify note attribute data to a custom field.

There are two ways to map customer note attribute data with AiTrillion:

  1. Using Key-Value Pair (FormBuilder & Membership): Sellers can map additional fields from their forms to AiTrillion. Keep in mind, mapping will only occur if the data types match correctly. For select, radio, or checkbox fields, the mapping will happen only if the available options align with the data in the customer’s note attribute.

  2. Using note attribute String: Sellers can map specific customer note attribute data as a single string into a custom field in AiTrillion.

Note📝: The custom field will only map with the Registration form

Using Key-Value Pair (FormBuilder & Membership):

Here are the steps to map the data -:

Step 1: Go to Customers >> Custom field

Ensure that the field is available in the membership plan. For example, I am using the 'Age' field.

Step 2: Create a Custom field that you want to map.

Step 3: Go to Customers >> All Customers and add the filter of the Custom field. The filtered data will now be available.

Using note attribute String

Here are the steps to map the data -:

Step 1: Go to Customers >> Custom field

Ensure that the Note attribute will be added to the customer

Step 2: Create a Custom field that you want to map.

Step 3: Go to Customers >> All Customers and add the filter of the Custom field. The filtered data will now be available.
