Introduction:

Customer tags help you organize and identify customers based on specific attributes, behaviors, or categories within your store. In AiTrillion, tags make it easier to segment your audience, personalize marketing campaigns, and manage customer data efficiently.

By viewing customer tags, you can quickly understand important details such as VIP status, purchase behavior, subscription type, loyalty level, or custom classifications added through Shopify or AiTrillion. Tags play a key role in creating targeted email campaigns, SMS marketing, automation workflows, and advanced segmentation.

In this article, we will guide you step-by-step on how to view customer tags in AiTrillion and use them effectively for better customer management and marketing strategies.

Follow the steps below to view customer tags:

Step 1: Go to Customers >> All customers

Step 2: Click on the customer's full name or the view details button in the full name column to check the tags of that specific customer.

Step 3: A new screen will open where you will be able to see the customer's details, scroll down a little bit on the left side to check the tags tab.

Important Notes

Customer tags can be added from Shopify or AiTrillion, and both will be visible in the customer profile.
Tags are displayed inside the customer details page under the Tags section.
Tags help in creating targeted segments, email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and automation workflows.
Any updates made to customer tags in Shopify will reflect in AiTrillion after synchronization.
Tags are case-sensitive in some filtering conditions, so ensure correct spelling while segmenting.
