View AI Agent Details and Customer Token Usage

Introduction

The AI Agent Details page provides an overview of your AI Agent's configuration, activity, and token usage. You can review key information about the AI Agent, monitor the number of tokens consumed during customer conversations, and track overall usage to better understand your AI Agent's performance. This article explains how to view AI Agent details and customer token usage.


Here are the steps to check the Agent details and token usage:

Step 1: Go to Ai Agent >> My bot



Step 2: Click on the Details tab to check the bot details.



Step 3: You will be able to see various details.

1. AI Agent Overview: At the top of the page, you can view basic information about your AI Agent, including:
  • Bot Name – The name of your AI Agent.
  • Status – Indicates whether the AI Agent is Active, Inactive, or Training.
  • Bot Type – Displays the type of AI Agent.
  • Agent ID – The unique identifier assigned to the AI Agent.
  • Created On – The date and time when the AI Agent was created.
  • Description – A brief summary of the AI Agent's purpose.

You can also use the following actions:

  • Conversations – View customer conversations handled by the AI Agent.
  • Edit Bot – Modify the AI Agent's settings and configuration.

2. Configuration & Messages: 
This section displays the messages and behavior configured for the AI Agent.
Welcome Message: Displays the greeting customers receive when they open the AI Agent.
Fallback Message: Shows the message displayed when the AI Agent cannot confidently answer a customer's question.
System Prompt: Displays the instructions that define the AI Agent's personality, tone, behavior, and response guidelines.
Integrations: The Integrations section displays the connected platforms and services used by the AI Agent.
Shopify: Displays the Shopify integration details, including:
  • MCP URL
  • Admin Domain
  • Enabled Shopify tools
AiTrillion: Displays the AiTrillion integration details, including:
  • Shop URL
  • Base URL
  • Enabled AiTrillion tools
Publish & Widget: This section shows the current storefront display settings for the AI Agent.

It includes:

  • Visibility – Indicates whether the AI Agent is available to all visitors or logged-in customers only.
  • Widget Position – Displays the location of the chat widget on the storefront.
  • Daily Conversation Limit – Shows the maximum number of conversations allowed per visitor.
  • Add-to-Cart Hook – Displays the configured callback function used after customers add products to the cart.
  • Primary Color – The primary color applied to the chat widget.
  • Secondary Color – The secondary color used for the widget interface.
Engagement: The Engagement section displays the suggested questions configured for the AI Agent. These predefined questions help customers quickly start conversations when they open the chat widget.
Token Usage: The Token Usage section provides an overview of the AI Agent's token consumption.

It includes:

  • Total Tokens – The total number of tokens consumed by the AI Agent.
  • Input Tokens – Tokens used for customer prompts and requests.
  • Output Tokens – Tokens generated in the AI Agent's responses.
Breakdown by Model: This table provides a detailed breakdown of token usage by AI model, including:
  • Provider – The AI service provider.
  • Model – The AI model used.
  • Input Tokens
  • Output Tokens
  • Total Tokens
