Introduction
In AiTrillion, you can add staff or user accounts. This is particularly relevant for the marketing team, who need access to certain permissions for their strategic and creative efforts, all while maintaining the overall security measures. This functionality allows you to assign permissions, specifying which modules each user is allowed to access.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Mouse over your profile icon at the top right corner and click on User Management
Step 2: Click on
Add User. If any users are already created, you will see them here and you can edit or delete them from here too.
Step 3: Enter new user details, such as first name, last name, email, and password
📜 The default staff account will have full permissions, if you want to change the permissions, continue with the below steps or just click on save to exit.
Step 5. Uncheck this staff account will have the full permissions checkbox option.
You will then see a list of all functions in AiTrillion where you can give or remove permissions. Use this section as required and then save it to your settings.
An email invitation is sent to the user to reset the password.
Step 6. If you need to delete the staff account you created, follow steps 1 and 2. When done, you will see a list of all staff accounts. Click the trash can icon next to the user account you want to delete.
By following these steps, you can effectively manage staff and user accounts within AiTrillion, ensuring appropriate access levels and maintaining security across your account.
