AiTrillion gives you the option to add staff or user accounts who can log in to your AiTrillion account. While creating a user account you can set permission and control which module a user can access.
Step 1. Login to AiTrillion.
Step 2. Mouse over your profile icon at the top right corner and click on User Management
Step 3. Click on Add User. If any users are already created, you will see them here and you can edit or delete them from here too.
Step 4. Enter new user details such as first name, last name, email, password
Note: The default staff account will have full permissions, if you want to change the permissions, continue with the below steps or just click on save to exit.
Step 5. Uncheck this staff account will have the full permissions checkbox option.
You will then see a list of all functions in AiTrillion where you can give or remove permissions. Use this section as required and then save to save your settings.
Note: An email invitation is sent to the user to reset the password.
Step 6. If you need to delete the staff account you created, follow steps 1 and 2. When done, you will see a list of all staff accounts. Click the trash can icon next to the user account you want to delete.
