Shopify flow integration

Introduction

In this article, we’ll explore how Shopify Flow integration can transform your store’s operations and drive success.

There are two types of flows you can create:

1.) Trigger an event from AiTrillion to Shopify when a customer's available points are updated in AiTrillion.
2.) Call redeemed point action from Shopify to AiTrillion

1.) Trigger an event from AiTrillion to Shopify when a customer's available points are updated in AiTrillion.

Here are the steps to build the flow -:

Step 1: Go to Shopify admin >> Apps >> Shopify flows

Step 2: Click on AiT: Loyalty, Reviews, Email +

Step 3: Now, Click on Loyalty point updated

Note📝: The event will be triggered when the customer's available points updated in the AiTrillion

Step 4: Set your customer conditions ( Example: Available points greater than 10,000).

Step 5: Click on Action ( Example: Add customer tag).

Note📝: If this step is incomplete, your flow will not work and no actions will trigger.

Once you've completed setting up your flows, save your flow. Giving your flow a name

You can customize the flow’s triggers, conditions, and actions based on your specific needs or use them interchangeably.

2.) Call redeemed point action from Shopify to AiTrillion

Sellers can automate the process of redeeming points from a customer's account in AiTrillion based on events that occur in Shopify or other connected apps (like POS systems).

Benefits:

• Streamlined automation between Shopify and AiTrillion.

• Ability to connect AiTrillion’s loyalty data with other apps using Shopify Flow.
  Improved workflow automation for actions like points redemption based on Shopify or POS events.
  

• This integration helps sellers optimize their workflows by bridging events between Shopify and AiTrillion for better automation and engagement.This version focuses more on the technical aspects and explains how the integration works for developers or those familiar with automation tools.

Here are the steps to Call redeemed point action from Shopify to AiTrillion -:

Step 1: Go to Shopify admin >> Apps >> Shopify flows

Step 2: Click on the trigger you need (Example: Customer tag added)

Step 3: Now, Click on Conditions you can use as per your need (Example: Equals to AIT)

Step 4: Click on Action and select AiT: Loyalty, Reviews, Email +

Step 5: Click on Loyalty points redeemed

Step 6: Set the conditions according to your needs

After you’ve finished setting up your flows, be sure to save them. Don’t forget to give your flow a name.
