Setup Banners For Affiliates

Introduction:

Elevate your affiliate marketing strategy with captivating banners. Explore the process of setting up tailored banners for affiliates, enhancing brand visibility, and driving conversions through compelling visual content.

Here are the steps to setup banners for affiliate:

Step 1: Go to Affiliate Program >> Settings >> Manage Banners

Step 2: Click on the Create Banner in the top right corner.

Step 3: Fill in the details in the given form and click on the save button to save it.

1. Title*

Definition: The internal name or title of your banner campaign.
Purpose: Helps you identify and manage multiple banners in your system.
Example:
- “Winter Sale 2025 Banner”
- “Refer & Earn 10% Text Link”

Tip: Use descriptive titles so affiliates can easily recognize the purpose of each banner.

2. Link*

Definition: The destination URL where users should land after clicking the banner or text ad.
Example:
- https://yourstore.com/collections/winter-sale
- https://yourapp.com/signup

Important: Ensure the link includes your tracking parameters if your system doesn’t auto-generate them.

3. Status*

Options:
- Enabled: The banner is active and visible to affiliates.
- Disabled: The banner is hidden or inactive.

Use Case: Disable banners that are seasonal or temporarily paused.

4. Type*

Defines the format of the banner. The system may support the following banner types (depending on your setup):

Type	Description	Example
Text	Displays a clickable text-based link or call to action.	“Get 10% Off – Click Here!”
Image (if available)	Displays a visual banner with an image and link.	A promotional banner for “Black Friday Sale.”
HTML / Custom Code (if supported)	Allows embedding custom HTML or scripts.	Used for advanced or third-party integrations.

5. Banner Text/Image*

Definition: The actual text content of the banner (shown to affiliates or customers).
Purpose: Provides the clickable message or tagline affiliates will display.
Example:
- “Shop now and save 15% with our Referral Offer!”
- “Invite your friends and earn rewards.”

Tip: Keep the banner text short, persuasive, and action-oriented.

6. Save Button

Once all fields are filled out: Click “Save” to create the affiliate banner. The banner will then appear in the Affiliate Banners list, where affiliates can copy and use it.

Step 4: You can also choose an image for the banner.

Step 5: Go to Affiliate page >> Discount offer >> click on Copy

Step 6: Paste it on your own website

Example: I have created a new page and pasted the code

Step 7: Click on Banner

Now when the customer clicks on the image or text and places the order the affiliate will get a commission
