Setup Affiliate comission withdrawal using Paypal

A withdrawal is a process of transferring money earned through the affiliate program to the affiliate's bank account or another payment method.

Using a PayPal email

Note: Commission to the Affiliates can be paid only if the Commission payout mode is Manual

To set up the commission mode, go to Affiliate program >> Settings >> Configuration >> go to Commission settings tab >> Commission payout method and click on Manual.

Here are the steps to set up the withdrawal:

Steps to set up the settings for the store owner:

Step 1: Go to Affiliate program >> Settings >> Configuration

Step 2: Go to Become an affiliate payment fields and click on Yes to the Ask for PayPal email section

Step 3: Go to the Commission workflow tab and set the commission workflow as per your needs.

Step 4: Go to the Withdrawal configuration tab and set the Withdrawal configuration as per your needs.

Step 5: Add the PayPal Client ID and Secret Key. To get Client ID and Secret Key - Click here.

Settings for the store affiliates:

Step 1: Log in to the store as an affiliate.

Step 2: Go to the affiliate page.

Step 3: Click on Affiliate Settings.

Step 4: Enter your PayPal email (affiliate’s) and click on the Save button.

Step 5: Click on My Withdrawals.

Step 6: Enter the amount in the field and click on the Send Request button.

Note📝: The available amount must be higher than the minimum available balance

A request will be sent to the store owner.

How did the store owner approve the request of Affiliate?

Step 1: Log in to AiTrillion.

Step 2: Go to Affiliate Program >> Settings >>  Configuration.

Step 3: Enter the details from your PayPal business account (Client ID and Secret Key) and click on the Save/Update button. To learn how to get Paypal Client ID and secret key - Click here

Step 4: Go to Affiliate Program >> Payouts and requests

Step 5: You can see the list of pending requests sent by the affiliates. You can approve or deny the request by clicking on the Pay via PayPal or Pay via other mode, or the Cancel button accordingly.

Once you click on Pay via PayPal, payments will process through PayPal. Ensure that the Client ID and Secret key have been added correctly

You can also pay the amount manually and complete the withdrawal request

Note: To transfer money, you can export the files with payment details of the customers by going to Affiliate program >> Approved payments >> Export files

Now, you will get the list of Affiliates with their bank account to pay according to your payment method availability to affiliates bank account.

Note: The steps below are only for marking payments as Paid for Bulk Payment.

Step 7: Once you pay the Total amount or Total available comission to the affiliate's bank account, go to the Approved payment tab and mark the affiliate as paid.

Step 8: Confirm that you have completed these payments outside AiTrillion and click on Mark as paid.
