Introduction
WhatsApp Forms can be automatically sent to customers through Workflow Automation, allowing you to collect information at the right stage of the customer journey. By adding a WhatsApp Form action to a workflow, you can trigger forms based on specific events such as customer registration, order placement, membership enrollment, or other custom conditions. This helps streamline data collection, improve customer engagement, and reduce manual follow-ups by delivering forms automatically when needed.
Step 2: Add the trigger and filters as per your requirement, and add the Send WhatsApp node to the workflow editor.
Step 3: Click the Send WhatsApp action. The configuration panel will open on the left side, where the following options are available:
Send Type: Select the type of WhatsApp message, WhatsApp flow/form.
Form: Select the approved WhatsApp form that you want to send to customers. Only forms that have been approved and are available in the WhatsApp Forms section will appear in the list
Message Text: Enter the message that will accompany the WhatsApp form. This message provides context and encourages customers to complete the form.
Button Text: Enter the text that will appear on the form button in WhatsApp.
Step 4: Click on Done.
Step 5: Give a name to the Workflow, set up the contact throttling settings, and mark the workflow as active.
Now, whenever a customer enters the trigger, the workflow will automatically send the selected WhatsApp form to the customer.
