Reply to Customer’s Reviews

Introduction

Imagine a single screen from which you can manage and reply to your customers' reviews.


Here are the steps below to reply to customers' reviews:

Step 2: Now, as shown in the snapshot, click on Edit and then on the Reply option.

Step 3: A popup will appear where you can write your reply and then click on the Submit button to save.

Note📝: Enable the button to Notify customer via email when you replies to their review.

Step 4: You will also be able to see your replies on the product review page.
