Purchase Credits for Your AI Agent

Introduction

AI Agent credits are required to power your AI Agent and enable it to respond to customer queries. When your available credits run low, you can purchase additional credits to ensure uninterrupted AI-powered conversations and support. In this article, you'll learn how to purchase AI Agent credits, select the appropriate credit package, and complete the payment process to keep your AI Agent running smoothly.

Here are the steps to purchase credits for your AI Agent:

Step 1: Go to Ai Agent >> Dashboard

Step 2: You can check the total available credits for your store. If your store doesn't have credits, you can click on the Recharge button.

Step 3: Now, you will be redirected to the billing page. Click on Add AI agents credit.

Step 4: Select a predefined recharge amount or enter a custom amount. If you want your AI Agent to continue working without interruption, enable Auto Recharge so your account is automatically recharged when your credits are exhausted. Finally, click Charge & Save to complete the purchase.

Note: If you enable Auto Recharge for your AI Agent, configure the following settings:

• Recharge Threshold: The credit balance at which the system will automatically recharge your account.
• Auto Recharge Amount: The amount of credits that will be added each time the balance reaches the recharge threshold.
• Daily Recharge Limit: The maximum amount that can be automatically recharged in a single day. Once this limit is reached, no further automatic recharges will be processed until the next day.
  
• Stop Auto recharge: You can disable Auto Recharge at any time from your billing settings.

Now, you will be able to see the added credits to the dashboard of the Ai Agent or on the billing page
