Provide Store Staff Access / Collab access To the AiTrillion Support Team

Learn how to provide collab access / staff access or both to the AiTrillion support team as and when needed.

To share collaborative access:

You can use collaborator accounts to give Shopify Partners (In this case, AiTrillion) access to your Shopify admin directly through their own Partner Dashboard or using the Shopify app. Collaborator permissions give Partners access to only the sections of your store that you want them to see. These accounts don't count towards your store's staff limit.

  1. Log in as the store owner
  2. From your Shopify admin, click Settings, and then click Users and Permissions
  3. In the Collaborators section of Permissions, approve the request by AiTrillion. Permissions requested will be the bare minimum we need to work on your store. 
  4. You can also go ahead and approve the request in the email. 

To share staff access:

You can add staff to your store so your staff/support team can complete tasks in your Shopify admin. You can give permissions to your staff to allow you to manage what your store’s staff can view, and what they can do in your Shopify admin or Shopify POS. The Shopify pricing plan that your store is on determines how many staff you can add, in addition to the store owner.

  1. Log in as the store owner
  2. From your Shopify admin, click Settings, and then click Users and Permissions
  3. In the Staff section of Permissions, click Add Staff.
  4. Enter the new staff member's first name, last name, and email address. To give access to AiTrillion, use the email id support@aitrillion.com
  5. Click Send Invite

Note: By default, the staff member has full access to your admin. You can uncheck the staff has a full permissions checkbox to restrict this staff member’s permissions for accessing areas of the admin. Click here to read the instructions below on the Shopify support site.
