Provide Store Staff Access / Collab access To the AiTrillion Support Team

In this article, we'll take you through the straightforward steps to approve collaborator access requests, ensuring that your store remains secure while allowing necessary modifications and improvements by trusted partners.
Follow below steps to approve collaborator access of Shopify -:
Step 1: There are 2 options to check access request
i) Through MailGo to your mail and check the mail subject - Request for store access from AiTrillion and click on View request
ii) Through Notification
Step 2: Go to Users and permission and click on AiTrillion
Step 3: Make sure that AiTrillion is selected and click on Accept request
