How AiTrillion pricing works and purchases additional email, Web Push, and SMS blocks
In this article, we will show you how the Aitrillion pricing works based on the active customer count and how you can purchase additional blocks for sending additional emails, SMS, and Web Push Notifications.
Who are Active customers?
Active customers on your AiTrillion accounts are all those customers to whom you want to send notifications via Email, SMS, and Web Push. AiTrillions monthly plans charged your account based on the Active customers count. You can easily make your customers Active/Inactive on AiTrillion.

Save Huge:
Additional Blocks: All our base pricing plans have a limited sending of Email/SMS & Web push impressions. We are charging a minimum platform fee to use all the modules and charge for these add-ons only if you require them.
Email Block: Purchase an additional email block to be added to your current month's sending limit. The block you purchase will add the number of emails sent to your current month's sending limit. These blocks are monthly blocks and this number of emails will automatically be added to your monthly sending limit. You can anytime unsubscribe to these blocks and that will reflect in the next month's billing. Subscribe to additional emails from this link >
SMS Block: Purchase an additional SMS block to be added to your current month's sending limit. The block you purchase will add the number of SMS sent to your current month's sending limit. These blocks are monthly blocks and this number of SMS will automatically be added to your monthly sending limit. Note: The SMS feature is available in selected countries only.
Web Push Impression Block:
AiTrillion uses impressions to track how your campaign delivers. In push notifications, instead of charging you based on the number of sending, we charge you based on delivery.
Purchase an additional Push block to be added to your current month's sending limit. The block you purchase will add the number of Push impressions to your current month's sending limit. These blocks are monthly blocks and this number of Push will automatically be added to your monthly sending limit. Note:
1. These blocks are monthly recurring blocks and once you subscribe, they will add on the same amount of blocks on a monthly basis.
2. The purchasing blocks work from the billing date only. So, if you purchase the block 2 days before your billing cycle, then it will recharge again after 2 days. So make sure while purchasing the block, you will add the correct number of emails/SMS or Push in your block to finish in 2 days.
