Mark an AI Agent as Inactive
Introduction
If you no longer want your AI Agent to assist customers, you can mark it as Inactive. This will disable the AI Agent and prevent it from responding to customer queries until it is reactivated. This article explains how to mark an AI Agent as inactive from the AI Agent dashboard.
Here are the steps to mark an Ai Agent as Inactive:
Step 2: Click on the three dots and click on Set Inactive to mark the bot as inactive.
The AI Agent will no longer appear on your storefront. You can also verify its status by filtering the bots by the Inactive status.
