How to manually adjust Customer’s Loyalty Points

Add or remove points manually from any member of the store. If you would like to adjust a specific customer’s points balance, then follow this setup guide.

qStep 1. Login to AiTrillion.

Step 2. Under Loyalty Rewards go to Members >> All Members / Engaged Members

Step 3. Find the customer for whom you want to add/remove points and click on their email id. 

Step 4. Now, click on the Give Points / Remove Points button at the top-left corner of the screen as you so desire.

Step 5. A popup will appear asking for the points and reasons. Enter the number of points you want to Add/Remove and input the reason behind this.

Step 6. Any points added or removed will be visible in the history area.
